This Fatwa is valid only for the Federal Election of Canada 2015.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

والصلاة والسلام علي سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين وبعد

After careful consideration of the factors surrounding the issue of Muslims’ participation in Election in general, it is my opinion that it is ALLOWED to participate in this specific election to remove the Stephen Harper party and government from power.

This Fatwa is based on the following Shari’a Analysis

Election is categorized as a “mean” وسيلة to achieve an Aim   مقصد. The process itself has no ruling (Hukm حكم) on its own. It is supposed to be serving a shari’a “Aim”.

 Hence, Election  makes the ruling of the Aim that it serves.

The controlling principles in matters of means, in the absence of specific “Text” for a specific incident, is that  

“removing the harm has precedence over bringing interest”

“removing the bigger harm has precedence over the lesser harm”

Stephen Harper, and his party, has already inflected major harm on the Muslims and the Muslim community in this country that is can only be matched by what his best friends the Jews, claim to happen to them in Hitler’s Germany, or what happened to the American Japanese in the States after Pearl Harbor.

His utter hatred of Islam and Muslims, combined with his ultimate friendship with Jews, have brought about measures such as bell 24 and 51, to completely degrade Muslims and make them second class citizens, if citizens at all.

Hate wave is sweeping across Canada, supported by the stand of the criminal action of Harper’s party. A Muslim woman was beaten with her kids yesterday, in Fairview mall, ON, because she was wearing a Niqab. An action that can only be promoted and hailed by Stephen Haper’s party. Harper is so cheep that he made the whole election is about a Muslim’s Niqan in Quebec and the release of Omar Qadr! His Jewish-run media machine succeeded in deviating the public attention from all the criminal actions and dictatorship he is performing, and the failed economy and stupid foreign policy.

The harm to Muslims is huge. The harm is immediate, existing and major. Therefore it is allowed to remove it or help removing it.

A strategic vote, in my opinion, is the best way to help remove the harmful Stephen Harper. Although we, Muslims, have major issues with both the NDP and the Liberals, in many subjects, I find it much less harmful to have any of them, especially the NDP in power than having Harper, the friend of the Egyptian assassin, Abdul Fatah Al-sisi, who massacred thousands of Egyptian civilians with total blessing and encouragement of Stephen Harper.

The sole purpose of this Fatwa is to get rid of Harper. Any other election is not included in the boundaries of this Fatwa, and has to have a specific ruling before it performing
