Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has created a “terrorist state”, Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan said on Wednesday, accusing the outside world of indifference which was adding to the massacres there. Erdogan for years cultivated good relations with Assad, but after the Syrian
