ECOWAS says a Chapter 7 UN mandate must be considered to reunite the country if talks with armed groups fail.
قال تعالى:
وَأَنَّ هَٰذَا صِرَاطِي مُسْتَقِيمًا فَاتَّبِعُوهُ ۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا السُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمْ عَنْ سَبِيلِهِ
