Egypt’s foreign minister will open an official consulate in Iraq’s northern city of Arbil, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported on Sunday. Egypt’s Foreign Minister, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, will be the first official to visit Iraq after the country’s announcement of forming its new government.
