Libyan State TV anchorwoman, Halah al-Misrati, was found dead in her jail cell in the Libyan capital on Friday, according to Al Arabiya’s correspondent in Tripoli. The National Transitional Council has not yet commented on the news. However, media sources loyal to former leader Muammar
