An Iranian man was seriously wounded in Bangkok on Tuesday when a bomb he was carrying exploded and blew one of his legs off, after an earlier blast shook his house in the Thai capital, authorities said. The explosions came a day after an Israeli diplomatic car was bombed in India - an attack
