Arab foreign ministers will meet on Feb. 5 to review their suspended observer mission to unrest-swept Syria, an official at the Cairo-based Arab League said on Sunday. Thousands of people have been killed in a 10-month uprising against embattled President Bashar al-Assad’s rule.
