An Egyptian court has cleared three ministers from former President Hosni Mubarak’s administration of corruption charges on Tuesday, in the first ruling to acquit former ministers since Egypt’s popular uprising. The ex-minister of housing, Ahmed Maghrabi; former Finance Minister Yousef
