The Red Cross sharply demanded Thursday that the Hamas movement in Gaza show proof that abducted Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit is alive, and it called the lack of information about him "totally unacceptable."

وَأَنَّ هَٰذَا صِرَاطِي مُسْتَقِيمًا فَاتَّبِعُوهُ ۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا السُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمْ عَنْ سَبِيلِهِ
