A new strain of foot-and-mouth disease has been detected in the Gaza Strip, the U.N. food agency announced on Wednesday, saying this confirmed fears of a spread following outbreaks in Egypt and Libya. The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in Rome said an outbreak of the SAT2
