Arab Parliament Speaker Ali al-Salem al-Dekbas has accused the Syrian regime of genocide and slammed what he considered the “passivity” of the Arab League in dealing with the crisis. “The Syrian people are subjected to genocide and are the victims of brutal massacres committed by the
