NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said in an interview with Al Arabiya broadcast Sunday that he didn’t foresee any “major” role for the alliance in post-conflict Libya but added that individual states could play a role with the new rulers in Tripoli with bilateral agreements.
