The International Criminal Court prosecutor said on Thursday he is asking Interpol to issue red notice arrest warrants for Libya’s Muammar Qaddafi, his son Seif al-Islam, and intelligence chief Abdullah al-Senussim, as NATO said its forces will push ahead with the bombing campaign as long as
