Syria’s Foreign Minister Walid Al Moualem, dismissing European sanctions, said Wednesday, “We will forget Europe is on the map.”
Mr. Moualem said Syria regarded EU sanctions as a “war” against Damascus.
He also said on Wednesday that the killing of some security personnel indicates
