Former U.S. president George W. Bush writes in memoirs out Tuesday that he resisted Israeli pressure in 2007 to bomb a suspected nuclear weapons facility in Syria. Bush writes in "Decision Points" that he balked because U.S. intelligence could not say with high confidence that the site
