Iraq's political rivals reached a breakthrough power-sharing deal in which Nuri al-Maliki retains the premiership, a spokesman said, exactly eight months after inconclusive elections. Government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh told AFP that both Maliki and former premier Iyad Allawi would on
